Navajo Turquoise Pendant (Native American)

Navajo silversmith Al Joe combines contemporary style with traditional design in this sterling silver and turquoise pendant.

The impressive solid cast sterling silver pendant features a turquoise cabochon at the center. Etched, antiqued lines radiate from the center to the edges of the triangular pendant. The large, wide bail measures 16 mm in diameter, so you can add virtually any chain to wear the pendant.

Al Joe, a member of the Navajo Nation from Winslow, Arizona, got his start in the jewelry business after learning basic techniques from his uncle Colbert Joe, Sr. His jewelry has won awards at the Intertribal Indian Ceremonial, Eight Northern Pueblo Arts & Crafts Show, Navajo Market Place, and numerous honors at the annual Santa Fe Indian Market. His work can be found in many galleries throughout the United States.
